Exhibitors should plan to attend every aspect of the conference, including Breakout Sessions, Roundtables, and all 6 General Sessions, as well as evening events. Dress for the Conference is resort casual. No ties or jackets are needed. You may want to bring a sweater as meeting room temperatures can sometimes be on the cooler side. Bring comfortable walking shoes for our evening events.

  • Are children permitted to attend the Conference?

The FAA Annual Conference is a business event for industry professionals.  Children are not permitted to enter conference areas. Children are invited to attend our two off-property events on Monday evening, June 10 at the Southern Livestock Pavilion and Tuesday evening at Silver Springs State Park. Pre-registration for children is required for each event, and subject to capacity limitations.
