FAA Group Rate: $175/night (plus tax)

FAA Group Rate cut-off date: Thursday, May 16.

Conference Group rate is currently available 3 days pre and 3 days post Conference dates (subject to availability).

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Hotel Room Reservations Cancellation Policy

Individuals have the right to cancel a room reservation with no financial penalty by providing the The Riding Academy Hotel 48 hours advance notice. Otherwise, you will be subject to a charge of one night’s room & tax.

Caution – Beware of Third-Party Hotel Vendors

Please notify the FAA office if you are contacted by callers claiming to represent The World Equestrian Center, The Riding Academy Hotel and/or the Florida Attractions Association offering special discounted room rates for the 2024 Annual Conference. These companies are not vetted by nor do they represent the FAA. For your safety and security, we recommend using The Riding Academy Hotel’s room reservation information provided on our Conference Registration site.
