What should you expect at the Florida Attractions 2025 Annual Conference?

  • Who should attend the Conference?

    Employees, representatives and industry leaders from Florida’s finest family attractions, as well as industry suppliers from across the country that are eager to do business with Florida-based attractions. Professionals in sales, marketing, public relations, social media, operations, guest experience, safety, legal, communications, human resources, and retail will benefit from the vast array of educational content at the conference.


    Professionals in the attractions industry, including theme parks and water parks, historic and cultural sites, botanical gardens, museums and galleries, zoos and aquariums, outdoor and adventure destinations, family entertainment centers, dinner attractions, sightseeing tours and cruises, sports venues and other types of family-friendly attractions should attend this conference.


  • Are any registration discounts available?

    All FAA members enjoy a members-only registration rate for the Conference. Early-bird Registration Rates are available through April 15

  • How do I pay for my Conference registration?

    Registration is completed securely by credit card. You may also choose to pay for your Conference registration by check. If you select this option, please send your payment to the FAA Tallahassee office:

    If paying by check, please send your payment no later than 10 days after you have completed your registration. Failure to submit payment may result in the cancellation of your Conference registration.


  • What are the Conference Registration Policies?

    Refunds will be granted for conference registration cancellations received in writing via e-mail prior to May 31, 2025. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. To request a refund, send an e-mail to Donaldson@FloridaAttractions.org or call (850) 222-2885.


    Attendee Substitution Policy

    Name changes and substitutions must be received by May 31, 2025. All substitutions are subject to a $50 processing fee.


    Full registrations cannot be split or shared between multiple attendees for the full conference or for any portion of the conference. Each registration may be used by only one individual for the duration of the Conference.



    Consent to Appear in Images and Video

    By registering for the Florida Attractions 2025 Annual Conference, you grant the Florida Attractions Association permission to use any and all photographic imagery and video footage taken of you at this event and activities pertaining to this event, without payment or any other consideration. These materials may be published electronically or in print or used in presentations.


  • How can my company become a Conference sponsor?

    Interested in joining our outstanding Associate members as a Conference sponsor? Contact Mike Donaldson at Donaldson@FloridaAttractions.org or at (850) 222-2885. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and go fast.  Sponsor benefits vary by level, and all Sponsors receive complimentary exhibit space in the Networking Center.  Conference Sponsorship information is here

  • How can I become an exhibitor in the Networking Center?

    If your company is an industry supplier that provides goods and services to Florida-based attractions, you may be eligible to purchase Exhibit space in the Networking Center with at least one employee from your company registered for the Full Conference.  For FAA Associate members, in order to exhibit in the Networking Center, your company must be current with annual dues paid.  Attractions (members or non-members) are not eligible to exhibit.  

  • What is the dress code for the Conference?

    Dress for the Conference is resort casual. No ties or jackets are needed. You may want to bring a sweater as meeting room temperatures can sometimes be on the cooler side.

  • Are children permitted to attend the Conference?

    The FAA Annual Conference is a business event for industry professionals.  Children are not permitted to enter conference areas.  Registration for children to attend our Tuesday, June 10 evening at TopGolf Jacksonville are available for purchase prior to the conference.  Due to capacity limitations, ticket availability at the conference cannot be guaranteed.
