The 2025 Networking Center

Located in Tournament Hall B (lower level) of the Sawgrass Marriott, the Networking Center is the hub of activities during the 2025 Annual Conference. The Networking Center will host all Exhibitors, the Opening Night Welcome Reception, Monday Continental Breakfast, session breaks, Tuesday Buffet Lunch, and our exciting Silent Auction!

 

Industry Suppliers that have pre-registered for Exhibit Space will display their distinctive products and services to all conference attendees. There is no greater venue to connect with your colleagues, and learn from our Industry Suppliers all about the latest advances in industry-related goods and expertise designed to help your attraction grow and thrive.

 

You will definitely want to participate in our Silent Auction and bid on a spectacular array of one-of-a-kind gift items, Florida vacations, hotel getaways, business services, and much more.

Networking Center Hours


There will be an announcement 5 minutes prior to the published Networking Center end times for all exhibitors and attendees to vacate the Networking Center in order to secure the area’s Silent Auction items and to keep education session start times on schedule. You may access the Networking Center (Tournament Hall B, lower level) during the following times:

 

Sunday, June 8

9:00 am – 2:00 pm:  Exhibitor Load in/Exhibit Set-Up Only

6:00 pm – 7:30 pm: Opening Night Reception in the Networking Center & Silent Auction Launch

 

Monday, June 9

7:30 am – 8:30 am: Continental Breakfast in the Networking Center & Silent Auction

9:45 am – 10:15 am: Session Break in Networking Center & Silent Auction Bidding

1:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Session Break in Networking Center and Dessert

 

Tuesday, June 10

11:40 am – 1:05 pm: Lunch in the Networking Center & Silent Auction Finale

  • 12:40 pm: Exhibitor Awards, Exhibitor door prize drawings
  • 12:55 pm: Silent Auction (10 minute) countdown clock begins
  • 1:05 pm: Silent Auction ends, Networking Center closed. All Exhibitors and attendees exit Networking Center.

1:30 pm – 2:30 pm:  (Early) Exhibitor Breakdown (optional)

 

Adjournment – 5:30pm: Exhibitor Breakdown and Silent Auction Check out
