 FAA Group Rate:   $225/night + $15 nightly resort fee = $240/night  (plus 11.5% tax)

FAA Group Rate cut-off date: Sunday, May 18, 2025

Conference Group rate is currently available 3 days pre and 3 days post Conference dates (subject to availability).

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Hotel Parking Information

Hotel’s daily parking rates are $22 for self-parking and $35 for valet parking.

Hotel Room Reservations Cancellation Policy

Individuals have the right to cancel a room reservation with no financial penalty by providing the Sawgrass Marriott Resort 72 hours advance notice. Otherwise, you will be subject to a charge of one night’s room & tax.

Caution – Beware of Third-Party Hotel Vendors

Please notify the FAA office if you are contacted by callers claiming to represent Sawgrass Marriott Resort and/or the Florida Attractions Association offering special discounted room rates for the 2025 Annual Conference. These companies are not vetted by nor do they represent the FAA.
